Seddons Lettings was established in 2008 by partner Emerald Seddon, with a clear vision: to provide a professional, reliable and genuinely personal lettings service. What began as a small operation with just two people and a shared desk quickly grew through hard work, local knowledge and a commitment to doing things properly. Within a short time, the business outgrew its humble beginnings and expanded into the first floor of our Tiverton office — a milestone that marked the start of an exciting period of growth.

Today, Seddons Lettings is a dedicated team of six experienced professionals, managing hundreds of properties across Devon and Somerset.
